The easiest way to buy is using our secure online shop, which you can browse using the product and manufacturer links to the left.

If you would like to pay by cheque, postal order or just prefer to order by post, please download and print the order form and return it to:

Payment

You can pay for your order by:

• Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and Solo.
  
  

• Cheques in Sterling (GBP). Please make payable to LLAMARAMA LTD Please write your home address, cheque card number, expiry date and guarantee level on the back of the cheque.
• GBP Sterling postal orders.

Overseas orders payable by credit card only.

Delivery

We can deliver to the following countries:

United Kingdom

Including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands.

European Union

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. We also deliver to Switzerland and Norway at European Union prices.

We can exchange goods delivered abroad, but we will charge postage for these exchanges at the standard overseas delivery rates.

You may have to pay local import duties upon receipt of your order.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges they may levy on foreign currency transactions. Please note that additional local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Delivery Times & Prices

Standard Delivery

For UK mainland orders, deliveries usually despatched within 2 working days. Please allow up to 10 days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours any may require a signature.
For orders up to £15: £1.50
For orders £16 - £30: £3.00
For orders over £30: FREE

Express Delivery

To guarantee next working day delivery, please specify this service and £5.00 will be added to the standard delivery charge shown above. Please note express delivery is only for UK mainland orders. For orders made after 1pm or at the weekend, will be despatched and delivered within 2 working days.

Europe Delivery

Please add the following amounts to the standard charge. Please allow up to 12 days for delivery. For orders to the rest of the world, outside Europe, please call 07904 686259 for a quote. Please note you may have to pay additional local import duties on receipt.
For orders under £100: £12
For orders over £100: £8 

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you would like to return an item, please send it within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a credit note, exchange or refund. Unfortunately we can not exchange earrings for hygiene reasons, and will only replace if they are faulty. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. Please return the unused item and your receipt to:

Goods are returned to Llamarama at your own expense. We cannot be held liable for goods that do not reach us. Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates. Llamarama will cover postage and packing for the replacement of faulty goods only. None of these terms affect your statutory rights.

Trade Description

Although we make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible, as all Llamarama products are handmade, each item is unique and there may be some slight variation in colour or size. We hope you appreciate that this is one of the joys of handmade products
